You have built something remarkable.

So why does your image tell an older story?

The board meeting where you thought more about your jacket than your argument.
The gala photograph. Capable, but not quite you.
A wardrobe from three promotions ago. Polished, safe, easy to overlook.

You have the taste. You have the success. What’s missing is alignment.

A note from Oriona

I spent twenty years in fashion and five running a restaurant. Both taught me the same thing.

People decide how to treat you before you speak. I watched it happen at the restaurant door every night. I watched it at every shoot and every show.

My clients are already exceptional. Their image rarely keeps up.

The Icon closes that distance. Quietly. Privately. With intention.

What I believe

Presence is leverage.

01
You are read before you speak.

Credibility is decided in seconds. Your image is already speaking. The question is what it says.

02
Style is not decoration.

It is the visible edge of who you are. When identity and image align, confidence stops being a performance.

03
Less, but exactly right.

The most powerful wardrobes are the most intentional. Every piece earns its place.

The method · Twelve weeks

Identity before image.

Most stylists start with clothes. I start with you. The wardrobe comes last. That’s why it lasts.

Weeks 1 to 3
Identity
We begin with you, not your wardrobe.

Your story, values and ambitions. I study how you are seen today. We agree what needs to change.

You know exactly what your image should say.
Weeks 4 to 9
Image
Now we make it visible.

Colour, proportion, fabric, silhouette. A live virtual wardrobe edit. A curated shopping edit delivered to your door. Then we test it in the real world.

Getting dressed becomes a decision, not a doubt.
Weeks 10 to 12
Presence
It becomes yours.

Look-books for the moments that matter. Your Personal Style Guide. The confidence to choose on your own.

Not dependence. Discernment.

Who I work with

Accomplished people at a moment of change. A new role. A raise. A stage. A public chapter.

The founder
Raising, scaling, stepping onto bigger stages.
The executive
A new title. A new board. Presence to match.
The public figure
Photographed, quoted, recognised. Every appearance effortless.
A client story
“I didn't realise how much I had been hiding until Oriona showed me what it looks like to be seen. I walk into boardrooms differently now.”
Private client · Founder, London
Before
A founder about to raise. Brilliant in the room. Dressed for the company she had five years ago.
The work
We rebuilt her wardrobe around three words. Fewer pieces. Sharper lines. One signature colour.
After
She stopped thinking about what to wear. She started being remembered for what she said.

Everything considered. Nothing generic.
